What is WP policy on different parts of article in one language being in another that are other than quotes?[edit]

Having the months in an English language article in german is purely affectation and really should not be done. Is it going to be WP policy to now have an American subject article in that language in the german French spanish etc WP's in American or English?GinAndChronically (talk) 00:16, 7 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
