AFA 130 is an introduction to Africana Studies and and the African DIaspora. This is a writing intensive course and students can expect to write upwards of 3000 words to meet this requirement. This project walks students through the process of adding to the canon of knowledge around Africana Studies. Students can expect to research, draft, edit, peer review and submit final submissions to the Wikipedia knowledge canon on Africana Studies.
