Whiteshield is a public policy and strategy advisory firm headquartered in London, UK.

The firm has over ten offices and representations globally, covering Europe (London regional office), the Middle East and Africa (Dubai regional Office), Eurasia (Astana regional office), and the Americas (Vancouver).

History[edit]

Whiteshield was founded by Fadi Farra in London, in 2011.[1]

The same year, Whiteshield's first offices opened in London, with the leadership originating from the Harvard and OECD communities.

Later, Whiteshield expanded its global presence by opening offices in Dubai in 2013, Astana in 2015, and Riyadh in 2019.

In 2020, Whitshield further developed its AI economics, big data and academy capabilities to continue supporting clients globally.[2][3]

In 2019, Whiteshield Leadership was awarded by Consulting Magazine for being part of the Global Leaders in Consulting and being awarded the Excellence in Innovation.[1][4]

In 2021, Fadi Farra, as managing partner of Whiteshield, was named one of the leading professionals Top 25 Consultants in Consulting Magazine 2021. In the same year, Whiteshield won the 2021 Vault Innovation Award for best consulting firm in Europe.[5][6][7]

In 2021, the company launched the Global Public Policy Competition to accelerate the recruitment of high-potential students and engage in global dialogue.[8][9] In 2022, Whiteshield Leadership was awarded by Consulting Magazine for being part of the Global Leaders in Consulting and being awarded the Excellence in Innovation.[10][11][12]

In January 2019, Whiteshield launched the Global Labour Resilience Index (GLRI),[13] presented in Davos every year alongside the World Economic Forum.[14]

In December 2023, Whiteshield introduced its first Global Trade Resilience Index (GTRI 2023) at the 2023 UN Climate Change Conference in Dubai.[15][16]
