Images[edit]

Thanks for the message. Images are one of the most complex parts of Wikipedia. To use an image in an article, it has to be uploaded to Wikipedia, or, if it is an image that you have created, to Commons. Note though that on Wikipedia, your account must be autoconfirmed before you can upload (Commons does not require autoconfirmation). When it is uploaded, see WP:IMAGE for help with the code you need to use in the article. You should also read the stuff on non-free use for the Wikipedia (not Commons) image use policy. Note, as you have a Wikipedia account, you can go to WP:SUL to automatically create an account on Commons and all the other Wikimedia projects. Hope this helps. – ukexpat (talk) 15:44, 10 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have just realised that I completely overlooked the request you made on my talkpage on 13 June. If you still need assistance uploading the image, please let me know.  – ukexpat (talk) 12:56, 18 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the follow-up message. I suggest that you upload your images to Commons as I described above. – ukexpat (talk) 14:28, 25 June 2009 (UTC) – ukexpat (talk) 14:28, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
OK good job uploading to Commons, that's the tricky part. To add the image to an article, add this code where you want the image to appear in the article:

[[File:Feb 19 Onwards 001.jpg|thumb|captionhere]] which will render like this -->

captionhere
