Request reason:

Hi, I've found that I am now blocked from editing while running my StrongVPN VPN. I live in China so I frequently run the VPN to get around censorship. Can you please unblock this account? Thanks!

Decline reason:

Hi Wiggin01, to edit through an IP block, you need an IP block exempt. What it is, and how to apply for it is found on Wikipedia:IPEXEMPT#Used_for_anonymous_proxy_editing. Martijn Hoekstra (talk) 22:53, 5 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Without knowing your IP (or seeing the message you get when you try to edit) there's nothing we can do to help you in this regard. Daniel Case (talk) 04:18, 2 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
