Hi there, I just noticed your vote regarding the school and I just wanted to let you know that the vote's over a long time ago, but someone's neglected to notify the closure yet. So I'm taking the initiative to close up the voting process for that page, meanwhile please don't accuse others of arrogance. Please see WP:CIVIL. The article was indeed in a bad shape when it was first nominated for deletion.
On a related note, I assume that the edits made under this IP address 60.48.50.179 was meant for this account. Hope you'll be able to log into this account to make edits to this userpage so that we can be sure it's really you and not an act of vandalism.
And to answer your question, you can head over to Special:Preferences and insert [[User:Teohhanhui|Teoh Han Hui]] (just copy and paste without the tags) into the "Nickname" box and check the box for "Raw signature". About the name that appears at the very top of the userpage, yes it's a Mediawiki restriction.
