As stated in the 1st paragraph, Kloepfer was a member of the Canadian House of Commons, which satisfies the criteria for notability for politicians: "People who have held international, national or first-level sub-national political office, including members of a legislature and judges.". Brian Fallon

I am getting started on creating the page, I'm still gathering info. I just thought I'd at least get the page started to keep me motivated in completing it, I hope this is understood and is not deleted.

Also I am not exactly sure how the talk thing works, this is my first time ever creating something on wikipedia, I hope I'm doing this right.
