Duplicate images uploaded

RDNS cleanup

Hi Kate, did some cleanup on the article for you and I hope you agree it looks much better now. I have a request though, I would welcome it if you can provide some news references or articles from magazines that cover the organization and add them to the article (or the talkpage if you don't know what to do with them exactly). Some other things that I suggest:

• move the history (which is the most interesting in my eyes) up in the article. My advice is "Introduction and description of current organization, history, provided services, organizational structure and other facts. Some of what is in the "Fast facts" (bad sectiontitle btw), might best be integrated into the lead of the section, possible the "vision" as well.
• When adding "wikilinks" in general, link them only once and especially the more "simple" terms like "organization" and "nurse". More complicated things like deceases etc, can be linked multiple times as long as they are in different sections of the article.
• Try to rework the Organisational Structure section into something that is not a list. It is almost alway better to write prose
• Do not opinion-ate. The introduction for instance contained the word "compassionate". That is not a word that fits into an encyclopedia article. It is too personal of a description of something. If it is part of a quote out of an article for instance, then it might be usable further down in the article. Especially if the organisation was especially noted in the press as being "compassionate" for instance. But otherwise please try not to use such words. It makes the article read too much like an advertisement.
• Read WP:COI. You seem to be involved with the organization, so I just wanna make sure you understand the potential issues that can lead to in an article. It is not forbidden, but it is harder to write properly about something if you are too much personally involved with a subject at times.
