Thanks for your message. As you can see, even my "solution" has trouble sticking. Your version is the most technically correct but keeping it there without permanent vigilance is probably impossible. I see your point about this casus belli.

From my reading I guess this is a reason invoked to justify a declaration of war. In this case, I don't think there was a declaration of war. And so, no casus belli.

But it is clear that what you wanted to write is historically correct even if no state except Transjordan had decided to intervene before Deir Yassine, the palestinian exodus and the collapse of the palestinian arab society. Alithien 20:53, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

Proposed Cold War history project

I notice that you had expressed interest in the proposal for a project relating to the Cold War at Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Proposals#Cold War history. The proposal has generated sufficient interest to be considered viable, but the original proposer has been inactive for some time, so no one has been following it. I was wondering whether you, as one of the interested parties, would be interested in establishing the project as an independent entity or possibly as a task force of Wikipedia:WikiProject Military history. Uncle Ben

You said that Google gives 12 hits on the rice guy before anything on Spiderman (not counting the Wikipedia page) and that you really think it should point to Uncle Ben's.

But this is only due to similarity of the names. Take a look at Special:Whatlinkshere/Uncle Ben and you will see that Spiderman related articles which links to Uncle Ben vastly outnumber any other articles linking there. Also Uncle Ben's is very rarely (maybe never) called "Uncle Ben". Thank you. --193.198.16.211 09:31, 11 May 2007 (UTC)

"Nationalist"

I can follow your logic, although there is some bad tradition. In Soviet times these partisans were called "burgeois nationalists", term that was not pleasant and has bad historical connotations. For the sake of neutrality I do not suggest calling those people "freedom fighters". I think plain "partisans" is good enough.--Lokyz 10:56, 11 May 2007 (UTC)

You have made me laugh hard and for quite a bit of time. Maybe in Venezuela a fool can simply order "stop doing this" and "stop doing that" and be successful. Here, in Wikipedia, it is not so easy. You have to source your input properly, or else your input will be modified. It is not a question of "liking" or not, it is simply the way things work.

I maintain none of your "facts" is right, your sources are all shaky to say the least and, moreover, you attempt to favor Chavez by all means, with meagre judgement.
