First, I'd like to know where it is. Second, it will need to satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion. To put an image in, you will need to have an account that is, at the very least, four days old. Once that is the case, it should say in the toolbox something like "Upload Image" or something similar. Anything uplaoded there can be immediately used on all Wikimedia projects inclusing this one. All you need to do is sign up for an account (if you don't already have one) and then follow the instructions on the upload form unpload form. Once you have uploaded an image, to use it on a page here, place this code in a page [[File:Example.png|thumb|Example image caption]]. If the image in not free, then you may upload it here by going to Wikipedia:Upload, but note that it must have a proper fair use rationale.
