Your draft article, Draft:Kuwait Dive Team[edit]

Hello, אגם רפאלי. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Kuwait Dive Team".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13. An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. RichT|C|E-Mail 22:32, 21 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Checkmarx[edit]

Hello, אגם רפאלי. I saw your message at Talk:Checkmarx. Could you please confirm whether you operate or are otherwise connected with any of the other accounts that have been repeatedly creating Checkmarx and Checkmarx-related articles here over the past few years? Also, if you are benefiting from any relationship with Checkmarx (for example, if you are a Checkmarx employee, or if a company or individual has paid you to write about Checkmarx), please make sure that you read and comply with our conflict of interest guideline and our terms and conditions relating to paid editing. —Psychonaut (talk) 19:49, 31 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Psychonaut according to the regulations I planned on adding the disclaimer on the edit summary. Due to your request I added it to my user profile. This contribution is indeed paid and I will disclose it according to the policy. Is that a reason to not remove the protection? I feel like the content is not of advertising character. Do you feel otherwise? אגם רפאלי (talk) 08:53, 2 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your candour concerning your payment for this contribution. It is possible that your contribution could stand on its own merits, though that is not the only criterion which is used here to determine whether or not a page should be kept. Could you please answer my first question about whether you operate or have operated any other accounts here that have been used to add Checkmarx-related material to Wikipedia? —Psychonaut (talk) 10:29, 2 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Psychonaut again, apologies for not mentioning this. I have only operated one Wikipedia editor account in my life and it is this one. I have no other contacts or communication with Checkmarx, wikipedia or non-wikipedia related. Specifically those edits are not mine. אגם רפאלי (talk) 13:00, 2 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Psychonaut can I bubble this issue up again? אגם רפאלי (talk) 18:33, 5 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, I've been offline for a while. Thanks for responding to my question about your links (or lack thereof) to the other Checkmarx accounts. I see that you've since posted an Articles for Creation for your article, which is good. But did you remember to comply with the requirements for disclosure of paid editing? You wrote above that your Checkmarx contribution is "indeed paid", but your user page still says that "I don't have any paid contributions". A draft contribution is still a contribution, so please make sure you perform the disclosure now. (If you've already done so somewhere else and I've overlooked it, please let me know.) —Psychonaut (talk) 11:26, 10 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Psychonaut I have now updated my user page. The case of whether a draft is a contribution or not was a little murky on the policy pages. Thank you for the clarification. Can you now help me approve the article? אגם רפאלי (talk) 16:53, 10 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for adding the disclosure. (I note you linked to the wrong page, though, so I fixed the link—hope you don't mind.) As for improving the page, I haven't yet reviewed it in detail, but will do so if I can find the time. I see that another user has already nominated the draft for deletion, so that should attract some more attention to it in any case. If other editors here believe that it can be improved to the point that it meets all our basic criteria, then it will be kept (and those improvements will be made, or at least set out in detail in the discussion). —Psychonaut (talk) 17:23, 12 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Checkmarx, from its old location at User:אגם רפאלי/sandbox/Checkmarx. Speedy deletion nomination of Anat Rafaeli[edit]

Hello אגם רפאלי,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Anat Rafaeli for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

Disambiguation link notification for April 4[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Anat Rafaeli, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Queues. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Checkmarx, a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:32, 19 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Alan Feld, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. May 2020[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Justlettersandnumbers. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Alan Feld, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 16:08, 6 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I've also removed similarly unsourced personal detail from Anat Rafaeli. Our biography of living persons policy is absolutely clear – we don't include personal information unless it it is published in solid independent reliable sources. This raises the question of where you got the information from, and why you didn't include a citation to the source you found it in?
I see that you have disclosed some paid-editing contributions; does your list of paid work need to be updated? – it seems to be incomplete. Please remember that disclosure is mandatory. Thank you, Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 16:21, 6 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
