Book[edit]

Hello there, I’m afraid it’s a difficult book to find anywhere. I borrowed it from the Harvard University library back then - I don’t own it and no longer have access to that library. I am sorry that I can’t help you find it somewhere closer to home. I guess I’d advise finding the best academic library you can and see if they can arrange an intra-library loan for you.
