Joseph Watema, commonly known as Monténégro (/ˌmɒnt[invalid input: 'ɨ']ˈneɪɡroʊ/ ), is a Ugandan singer-songwriter, poet, linguist, and most notably the front man of multicultural rock band, I'm a 7. Ironically, as though to deflect credit for the latter role, he has famously referred to Jian Zhang (the group's pianist) as ”front man Jian Zhang” during live gigs and interviews.
