Crest (football)[edit]
A crest refers to the crest, logo, badge, or insignia that appears on a sports team's jersey. The crest is located on the left breast of the jesey and is used in sports such as football (soccer), rugby and cricket.
Purpose==[edit]
The crest shows which team is playing. It is usually a version of the team's club or association logo but does not have to be. The Spanish national football team uses the Spanish coat of arms for it's crest.
