I recently joined wikipedia editing corps (July 23, 2007). My first contribution was to nail down the exact date of the defeat of the Taleban in 2001.(ref. 1) I was off by a couple of days but the subsequent reference agreed to by all, I am in complete agreement with, as it referenced a BBC report of Northern Alliance policing on the streets of Kabul.

I am very concerned that civilian casualties in the war in Afghanistan are going unreported, and as such, I am hoping to add references and incident reports to the Wiki 'Civilian casualties of the War in Afghanistan (2001–present)'
