My name is Bruce McConnell and I live near Washington, DC. Right now I am working on cybersecurity at the Department of Homeland Security [1].

In the past, I ran a couple of companies ([2], [3]) that help people understand government.

I served in government previously, at the US Office of Management and Budget from 1985-2000.

I received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Stanford University and an Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington.

I am very interested in collective intelligence and applying it to the problems facing our society.
