Rey CF is a American soccer club located in Victory City founded in 1969 after a merger of Rey Club Deportivo USA and Futbolsa. The club is the joint-best team in the US with the LA Galaxy.
History[edit]
Early days[edit]
Rey Club Deportivo USA and Futbolsa were two clubs that weren't successful, and Real Madrid bought the two clubs and merged them into Rey Club de Football on March 8th, 1969. Then 6 months later, the supporters of the club separated the club from the previously mentioned owner, and renamed the club Rey Club de Futbol.
First success[edit]
Rey Club de Futbol won the Liga Americana in 1971-72, and 1978-79, and with the club's potential growing, seeked financial resources to buy big players. A young business mogul named Randi Dud bought the club for an estimated USD$10,000,000 (USD$32,872,451.79 in today's money), and won consecutive titles from 1981 to 1983.
The dark ages[edit]
After gigantic success, the club remained in a dark period, reaching close to relegation in the period's peak in the 1989-90 season, finishing 17th, although a late goal sealed the team's participation in the league next year.
Rising success[edit]
The team kept rising the ranks in the table, until when they won the Liga Americana in 1997. Success in the early 2000's kept the club's rise alive, and more recent victory have cemented the club's position, including three ABLA Cups.
Colors and badge[edit]
Template FC's colours are blue and white based off FC Porto's kits.
The Template FC badge was made in 2006 from a stock badge, because "the designers were lazy even though they designed the top team's badges" and simply changed it a bit.

The Estadio del Rey is an all-seater stadium, with a capacity of 59,642. It was built in the club's founding to sustain it after Real Madrid created the team as a merger. It was expanded in 2003 to the current capacity.
Supporters[edit]
Rey CF fans have been said to be some of the most hardcore fans in the US, alongside the Seattle Sounders FC fanbase.
