Failure[edit]

Please don't ask why I did this...

  • I thought it would be nice if {{who}} actually said "who?", but...
  • {{who}} is also used in phrases like "It is often believed"...

I re-tagged some articles, but then I realized this isn't really worth the effort. So now I've created yet another needless template, I'm redirecting it to {{who}}. --Merzul 19:44, 21 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
