User:Hajji Piruz is claiming here [1]: "because the culture of the ruling dynasty, the House of Osman, was largely derived from the Persian culture, the Ottomans may also be regarded as Turkic Persianate". I believe apart from Persian language being used at Ottoman court, claiming entire Ottoman culture, or even farther Osman's dynasty, as Persian is ridiculous. There is a small problem with the code of the template: when it is pasted to the user talk pages, the sub-section edit button in those pages leading from the template opens the editing page for the template itself. Does anyone know how to fix it? Baristarim 22:34, 2 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
