The English Castles template has proved useful for adding a standard layout to the county categories for English castles. This template can be used more widely, for example Category:Castles in Albania Vicarage (talk) 07:05, 30 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

using level=0 in the template allows the cumulative effect of nested categories to be seen, as in Category:Castles in Germany Vicarage (talk) 21:54, 31 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
