  • Age is OK at submission time. Length is (more than) OK. Style, tone, and neutrality are all OK. Article is well cited. Hook is decent, half of it is cited to one source (verified) other is offline AGF. One issue I do see however: there is a sizable amount of text taken directly from remarks in the Congressional Record (Citation 2 in the article). While that is PD as a US Gov't work, it still needs to be attributed. Something like Template:Include-USGov should do the trick. CrowCaw 23:31, 23 December 2014 (UTC)
