QPQ: Done.
Overall: My checks above all came out positive. If anything, the article is over-cited, with identical cites ending successive sentences in some cases. The only possible glitch is the use of a blog as a source. I realize that the use of blogs and other self-published sources is controversial in WP-land, but I cleared this one under the following provision. "Some newspapers host interactive columns that they call blogs, and these may be acceptable as sources so long as the writers are professionals and the blog is subject to the newspaper's full editorial control." I had to assume good faith in general for the Turkish translations. I commend this bilingual editor for putting their knowledge of Turkish to work for WP.
