Correct city name in English[edit]

I spend a month in the Yanbu area (from 10/29/2013 through 11/29/2013) and not once did I see a highway sign that showed "Yanbu' al Bahr". They ALL showed "Yanbu al Bahar". I have a few photos, but self-research is prohibited. I welcome someone to find a verifiable and reliable source so we can correct this error.
