There has been an article about him at http://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Veijo_Baltzar since 2006. He is described more fully at http://www.romaniwriters.com/baltzar.htm He is also referenced at http://www.imninalu.net/famousGypsies.htm (I would add these to the article, but I still get a bit tangled with references especially when someone has already started posting other ones.)
