"future tense" (?) "as of" date -- (does not make sense)[edit]

I found something in this version of the article: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ukrainians_on_the_Soviet_Union_national_football_team&oldid=559054414 that does not make sense.

At the end of the section http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ukrainians_on_the_Soviet_Union_national_football_team#All-time_records , I found an "as of" that says [quote:] "As of 7 July 2013."

It seems to me that either the month is wrong, or the year, or something. Today is only 10 June 2013. That "as of" date ("7 July 2013") is in the future.

I do not know how to fix it. Someone who knows the intent of that "As of 7 July 2013." entry, might be able to offer some advice.
