Two Thomas Halls?[edit]
Query as to whether Thomas Hall MP for Lincolnshire in 1654 and 1656 and Thomas Hall, assessment commissioner for Worcester in 1656, and MP for Worcester, 1660 are the same person:
Maddison's Lincolnshire Pedigrees, Volume 2, 1902, p440 says, "Thomas Hall, MP for co. Lincoln, 1654, bur at Donington 12 May 1775" and that he married "Elizabeth, dau of Thomas Belgrave, North Kilworth, co Leicester"[1].
History of Parliament Online says of HALL, Thomas (1619-67), of Worcester, that he was "Town Clerk, Worcester, 1654" and married "Elizabeth, dau of Robert Skinner, bp of Worcester, 1663-70"[2].
History of Parliament Online only lists one Thomas Hall, but for MPs in 1654 it says: "Members, 1640-1660, Not yet available. Work is currently under way on this period."
