Odd translation - should bag law be omnibus law?[edit]

Is it actually something about plastic bags? it seemed a bit odd, and passing the Turkish text from the source "Torba kanun uygulamasına son vereceğiz" into DeepL suggests it's repeal of an Omnibus Law rather than Bag Law.

I am not sure what it is meant to be though, if someone with more knowledge can clarify on the page that would be great iamthinking2202 (please ping on reply if you would be so kind) 13:20, 28 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
