Taxonomy[edit]

Half the time, this article treats "bursa" and "synovial bursa" as one and the same thing, and the other half of the time, it indicates that synovial bursae are just one kind of bursae. It then tell us that adventitious bursae are "non-native", which seems (a) a digression from the topic and (b) opaque anyway: what makes a body part "non-native"?
