remove Dating maintenance tags: Tone and citations needed[edit]

@Frau pomerenke, I got to this sooner than expected. Please review the clean-up changed I've made. I've also left a few notes for you in a couple edit summaries - things to double check. It is surprising we did not have an article on him, he is so important in the field of sound art!
It would be great if there were a couple of photos of his work in the article, if any are available that are either copyright free, or could be uploaded (in reduced size) as fair-use images specifically to illustrate a work that is discussed in depth in the article.
