Who was Semen Rodzianko?[edit]

The article says "It was named after Semen Rodzianko" - with no source, no link, and no description of who Rodzianko was or why he might be important enough for someone to name a town after him. Who was he? The Encyclopedia of Ukraine: Volume IV lists a late-18th century poet of that name, a scion of a noble Cossack military family. Was that him? Why would a town get its name from this short-lived poet? And when was it so named (as the article says the town was founded two centuries prior to his life.
