Untitled[edit]

I required some citation on the names of this cultivar. While "Pisang Empat Puluh Hari" really means "fourty-days banana" and "Pisang Lampung" may indeed be similiar to the Señorita (and also be able to ripen in 40 days), i haven't found any source saying tha they are EXACTLY the same cultivar/clone. The sources i have found on this topic state that they are indeed a diverse clone.

The first pdf identifies Pisang Empat Puluh Hari and Pisang Lampung as synonyms of Inarnibal, which in turn is a synonym of Señorita/Monkoy (pp. 8 and 15). Second pdf is the one that seems a bit all over the place in identifying which is which. I have added other references as well from Bioversity and the University of Melbourne's Plant names database, identifying them all as synonyms, in addition to the one already present.-- OBSIDIANSOUL 21:39, 17 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

54 or 40[edit]

There are different sources in the article. One says it fruits in 40 days, the other says it fruits in 54 days. So does the article, which is rather confusing :( Bijdenhandje (talk) 20:43, 8 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
