"promising to solve the transportation problem of Jews during the Arab revolt of 1936-39." -- I'm presuming that the transportation problems involved a ground war of some sort, but that needs to be explicit. "This was fine for a time, however soon land in Tel Aviv became scarce," -- the 'This was fine for a time, however soon' part of the sentence is extraneous. Ben Gurion airport is linked at least 3 times in the article. "1993-6" is awkward; do "1993–1996" instead. Replace dashes with en-dashes per MOS for east–west, north–south.
It is factually accurate and verifiable.

I would also like more information about the "Hebrew University" reference (author and year, among them). Single-sourced paragraphs only need to cite the source once, not per sentence (unless the content is controversial). Airports Worldwide may not be a reliable source for FA purposes.

Not factual sentence[edit]

One of the first sentences in the article implied that Golan was in northern Israel, this is not factual or neutral, it must be clear that its not in northern Israel. --Supreme Deliciousness (talk) 11:06, 21 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Closure Dates and Sources[edit]

As of today, the latest news is that the airport will close, but no date seems to have been set. Closure of Sde Dov Airport in Israel to Adversely Effect Arkia Airlines Service to Eilat, but also as of today, the Dov Hoz airport timetable page still shows Arkia flights scheduled out indefinitely Israel Airports Authority > Airports > Dov Hoz > Online Flight Timetable.
