'He had a relationship with a marquess in the 1890s, but Lissagaray remained single.'

We can't tell what this means. It sounds more like 'She had a relationship with a marquess...' Or does it mean that he had a relationship with a marchioness? If it refers to a gay relationship, this ought to be clarified. Valetude (talk) 16:30, 7 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
