Why isn't the page titled Rules of the City of New York? I see it was previously moved to Rules of New York and then moved back to the current title. According to http://rules.cityofnewyork.us/codified-rules:
The City's approximately 6,000 rules are officially compiled into a book known as the Rules of the City of New York("RCNY").
Because the common forms are used more and simpler: Rules of New York City, and New York City Rules. Consider similar names, e.g., City of New York (the official name) versus New York City (the common name). Int21h (talk) 02:12, 22 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
