Assertion of notability[edit]

Why is this person notable and deserving of a Wikipedia article? Forgive my ignorance but there doesn't seem to be anything special about this person.

Also, is this the same "Margaret A. Bailey" mentioned in the 'Community' section of the Rockcliffe Park article? -- œ ^™ 11:44, 19 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think she is a notable person ... the article needs expansion ... hopefully that will happen soon.
