Let's just wait for now. More details will come out as the start of the program will get closer. Alin2808 (talk) 16:49, 29 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

URO VAMTAC[edit]

What type of ATGM use the Uro VAMTAC? Silo34 (talk) 01:11, 1 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Spike missiles. But please, can you stop using this talk page as a discussion forum? It is intended only for discussing the article. You can leave messages on my talk page if you want. Alin2808 (talk) 10:34, 1 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

AH-1Z & UH1Y[edit]

There was previously a column in the future equipment section saying that they were interested in buying the AH-1Z Viper and UH-1Y Venom. Has the deal broken off or what happened? Josh45900 (talk) 11:20, 22 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Back in 2018 there was a program for attack helicopters. The program continued until 2021 with several offers being made as far as I know, then it was no longer mentioned. As for the Viper and Venom, the helicopters were tested in 2018, but that's about it. Alin2808 (talk) 14:32, 22 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, thank you for the info, let's hope we get some Attack Helicopters soon enough Josh45900 (talk) 16:08, 22 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I doubt it will be soon, helicopter programs weren't mentioned in 2024-2027 program plans. But you never know. Alin2808 (talk) 16:53, 22 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

P-8 Poseidon purchase interest[edit]

Recently, the Naval Forces has shown interest in purchasing the P-8 Poseidon, could you add it inside the future purchases section. Josh45900 (talk) 14:39, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not yet. This seems to be just the wish of a Rear admiral and (at least) some of his colleagues for now. Alin2808 (talk) 22:24, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, thanks Josh45900 (talk) 08:04, 23 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
