Opinion about the move of the title[edit]

I think there is no point in moving the title to conflict. especially "in Egypt" as battles of Egypt imply wars and conflicts that involves Egypt even outside its lands.--Ashashyou (talk) 15:17, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have been carefully removing various wars and battles that did not actually occur within Egypt. For example, the Angolan Civil War was listed in this article despite occurring nowhere near Egypt. Similarly, there were various wars and battles fought in other parts of the world such as Libya, Sudan, Ethiopia, Syria, Israel, Iran, Iraq, etc. There is already an article for List of wars involving Egypt. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.170.227.242 (talk) 21:03, 3 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in List of conflicts in Egypt[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of List of conflicts in Egypt's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 04:20, 18 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
