This is a nice, concise summary of what seems to be a rather techincal law. I just have a couple of suggestions that might help make this article a little easier to read.

1) Try including "internal links" for some of the terms and people you use. Examples: "Consuls", the names of the consuls, "98 BCE", "Cicero", "Lex", "Marius", etc.... All you need to do is highlight the text you want to be linked, and click the third button from the left in the toolbar above.

2) Maybe it would be better to paraphrase the law before you actually give the text. It is a little confusing when the explanation of "Trinundium" comes after the law.

I think that you explained the law well, and I liked that you included the historical reasons for why the law was introduced in the first place. Other information you could include might be how long this law lasted and if it ever played a major role in any important trials, if this information isn't too hard to find. Also, "statutes" is misspelled in the fourth paragraph. It also might help to swap the positions of the third and fourth paragraphs since Cicero's comment seems to relate more to the second provision of the law than to the first, so it might fit better if it came after what's now the fourth paragraph. You also might want to add section headings such as "The Law" and "Background" or something like that. You also should probably cite your sources throughout the article. To see how to do this go the the tutorial page and then follow the cheatsheet link and then the Help:editing link (at the bottom of the page), you should see a footnote link on the right of the page, which explains the process. Overall, I think it's a good article on a hard topic to write about.

You have included a lot of good and very relevant information in your page. There are just a few minor suggestions I have that would help make your page a little more readable. I agree with Benji in that internal links would be helpful to give your page a little more context. Also, like Brian said, I think if you split your article into sections it would allow people to access the information more readily. Possibly in your first area you just give a very brief summary, then split the other information into history and significance. Having headings will help people find the information they are looking for quickly. Basically, I agree with the above comments. I might also suggest an external link to a website that may highlight roman laws as a whole, or possibly a See also internal link to the "Roman Law" Wikipedia article. Overall, great specific information, but work on connecting to more general context. - Danni Brancaccio
