I've read the source article from Assabah which says that it was built under the Saadians, but no other source I can find says this: they all say it was built by Moulay al-Rashid (which I think also makes more sense historically). Can anyone find another source backing up the claim it was built by the Saadians? And if not, should we correct this (or mention a Saadian origin an unconfirmed claim, etc)?
