I deleted a sentence that mentions a recent scandal involving this person, in accordance with the policy on biographies of living people. In order to put it back, it needs to be accompanied by a reliable source. A Czech newspaper source would be ok provided it is a newspaper generally considered reliable rather than muck-raking.
