Untitled[edit]

Why is this article classified under "Mexican culture"? It has nothing to do with Mexico, as the article makes clear.

The category was added by Special:Contributions/Nekohakase, who has almost bot-like speed in classification of a lot of article so it's clearly done in good faith but misplaced. I had trouble finding a category but I feel that given who uses it its better placed in a category of "Basque politics" (as this is politics for the people who use it). Terrorists?[edit]

Removed the categorization of such rioters as "terrorists". Substituted the term "nationalists." --KobaVanDerLubbe 01:31, 1 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

According to Wikipedia, Terrorism is the systematic use of violence (terror) as a means of coercion for political purposes. The "Kale borroka" is a kind of low-profile terrorism, but a terrorism indeed. They operate as a decentralized group with no clear hierarchy and they haven't killed anybody yet, but make no mistake: their attacks and demonstrations occur beyond the grounds of the legality and they cause terror and economic losses to their targets (and most of the time to any other nearby properties) because their political views. For these reasons the categorization of "terrorist" must be kept. --User:Cidfadon 14:03, 10 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
