  • New enough, long enough, and neutrally worded. The hook is interesting to a broad audience and cited in the article to a reliable source. QPQ needs to be done before this can pass and Earwig shows no concerns. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 21:39, 12 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Stylized in lowercase[edit]

Could someone please provide documentation and explanatory footnotes as to why the title How I'm feeling now would be "stylized in all lowercase" letters? Otherwise it is just hipster nonsense by individual Wikipedia authors. Not even the artist herself as well as the cover designer have decided to go for a title with "lowercase", so this would, as in all other album articles, be the relevant factor. Also, for many decades album titles in "CAPS" or "lowercase" have never been called "stylized", so this is clearly a fashion thing by a few selected wikipedia authors. Or when are those writers going to start revising all the thousands of album titles that have been in CAPS or lowercase? Who decides if albums and singles need an additional piece of information calling them "stylized in all lowercase". Please check the relevant wikipedia site indicating what "stylization" actually means. It clearly states that a stylization is something different from simply writing a title in "all lowercase" letters or in "caps" – and often (as in this case) independent from the relevant supporting document. I have re-added the “stylized” bit, with a source backing it up. It IS stylized in all lowercase. From your edit history, I can see you have a big problem with this. Do you wanna try making a WP:RFC at either WT:SONGS or WT:ALBUMS? D🐶ggy54321 (let's chat!) 13:30, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Unless someone can produce a reliable source that states that the stylisation of the album on physical media is different, and it is significant, any speculation based on images of the cover is original research. A jpeg of the cover is not physical media, so for all we know the cover on physical media could be different. Either way, it's not significant unless a source makes a point of mentioning it. It's not up to Wikipedia editors to determine there's something notable here to point out. --Escape Orbit (Talk) 18:04, 20 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Enemy[edit]

Is Enemy really a single? As far as I know it hasn’t been released to radio or had a music video or had an individual release on any platform but Spotify.Gagaluv1 (talk) 21:17, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Promotional single at best. --Prosperosity (talk) 21:20, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Prosperosity: Legitimate publications have defined the song as "the last single": https://dancingastronaut.com/2020/05/charli-xcx-shares-single-enemy-together-with-new-self-isolation-lp/. The song also received a vertical video (released on both Spotify & YouTube). And was put into big Spotify playlists such as 'New Music Friday UK' (700,000) & 'Hyperpop' (90,000). I personally don't see why 'Enemy' isn't a single, it's not like it was going to receive a radio impact date, considering none of the other 'how i'm feeling now' singles or even some singles from 'charli' weren't sent to radios. The fact it received a video shows it was pushed more than the third single, 'I Finally Understand', perhaps 'Enemy' is the third single & 'I Finally Understand' is a promotional single. Either way, I don't see why 'Enemy' isn't defined as a single (it's just a post album release single).
At the time of writing these articles didn't exist (the only thing distinguishing it from the other songs on the album was the stand-alone Spotify release at the same time as the album). A quick look shows me a couple of articles that refer to it as a single, but not terribly many. You could try arguing that it's a single in the article, but based on the sources currently out there I'm not sure if there's enough evidence. --Prosperosity (talk) 23:59, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
