Revolution[edit]

I am not aware that such plan existed whilst the Revolutionary government seized the Church's properties. The enlightened revolutionaries simply let the school system collapse. Why would the bourgeoisie care for the workers to be educated? Some, like Condorcet, had dreams, but those were not plans. Where are these plans documented? The French revolution was already 4 years old when the Convention started discussing such plans, in December 1793. Riyadi (talk) 09:32, 23 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
