Hello, I edited this article and I don't understand the issues describe below : "It does not cite any references or sources. Please help improve it by citing reliable sources. This article cite sources ! See the three reliable websites linked at the end of the article... This article has been wikified ! This external and internal links ! I don't understand what is missing ... And about the "grammar, style, cohesion, tone or spelling" I definitely don't understand what is the problem

The Hermitage Volunteers Service is a non-profit organisation devoted to the Hermitage and world heritage. This article is a objectiv description of its activity and I definitely don't understand why wikipedia doesnt like it.

I will apreciate any help to understand what wrong with it. Thanks Estelle
