Hello, I edited this article and I don't understand the issues describe below : "It does not cite any references or sources. Please help improve it by citing reliable sources. Tagged since December 2010. It may need copy editing for grammar, style, cohesion, tone or spelling. Tagged since December 2010. It may need to be wikified to meet Wikipedia's quality standards. Tagged since December 2010."

This article cite sources ! See the three reliable websites linked at the end of the article... This article has been wikified ! This external and internal links ! I don't understand what is missing ... And about the "grammar, style, cohesion, tone or spelling" I definitely don't understand what is the problem

The Hermitage Volunteers Service is a non-profit organisation devoted to the Hermitage and world heritage. This article is a objectiv description of its activity and I definitely don't understand why wikipedia doesnt like it.

I will apreciate any help to understand what wrong with it. Thanks Estelle
