Fatima and Hatice[edit]

As agreed at Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2015_May_28#Hatice_Sultan_(daughter_of_Ahmed_III), there are now two articles about these two sisters. Currently, both state "Some sources regard her as the real ruler of the later part of the Tulip era", but I doubt whether that was true of both princesses. – Fayenatic London 17:48, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

That article on Hatice was deleted per AfD in 2017, and a fresh article was started in 2019.

It appears from an abandoned user draft [1] that Alev Lytle Croutier's book Harem is among sources that confuse the two sisters. – Fayenatic London 09:59, 7 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
