Lost roof[edit]

Yesterday I went by the building, took some photos, and spoke with the bartenders.

There was a fire at some point, and damage to the fourth floor exceeded the repair budget, so it was removed rather than repaired;
The two remaining upper floors are currently rented out to long term residents;
There is a small stage for performers;
The bar has wifi, but it is not currently working;
The owner has some additional(?) historic photos. I left a note for him, and if they are different than the two we have from the COTA, I hope he will share them with us.

Do you know who currently owns the building? Do they also run the bar or is it leased too? The fire info you have is good - if we can find a reference. Thanks. Secondarywaltz (talk) 15:54, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
