Added Map[edit]

I added a map showing the districts. This disagrees slightly with the list that was there in the following areas:

Vinodol-Podgorje County

Previous list had six districts (Brinje, Crikvenica, Karlobag, Krajvelica, Novi and Senj). Other maps of this area (see sources) only show 5 districts in this area. In particular Krajvelica and Crikvenica are in the area of the already small Rikv district in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Also the main source shows the county extending downwards and including the Yugoslav district of Obrovac. So as Krajvelica is shown on the other maps, Crikvenica has been removed. And Obrovac has been added to the list.

Zagorje County

The original list included the districts of Cakovec and Prelog. All the other sources indicate that these were a de-facto part of Hungary (Zala County). I accept that the NDH disputed the sovereignty but like the Adriatic Littoral later in the war they were under control of another country so could not be considered a part of NDH.
