Exonyms[edit]

Per my edit summary: Miletich lists the population in 1912 as 800 Greek, 600 Turkish and 400 Bulgarian families. (pp. 132–133). I don't think anybody can question the fact that Didymoteicho was part of the Ottoman Empire or Bulgaria, so no reason to provide references for that just to back the names up. Books Ngram Viewer is not almighty, but very helpful.

According to Books Ngram Viewer, 1. Didymoteichon > 2. Dimetoka > 3. Dimotika > 4. Didymoteicho...... (probably these results include historical usages)
