Two issues, if I may:
First, the artist already has a Wiki page,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Dekelborofficial
but it is named incorrectly, and I wanted to replace that page with the new one.
Secondly,this is world renowned jazz guitarist,
who even has a signature guitar manufactured by a leading company,
he definitely meets the criteria of having his own page.

The creation of a user page is not the same as meriting inclusion. And Bor's "world renown" is debatable, but then I'm not a jazz afficionado. I will agree that there is sufficient indications of notability to avoid a speedy deletion, but the article needs a lot of work to be less promotional.
