First Inter-Island Flight in Hawaii[edit]

An exhibit at the US Army Museum of Hawaii (seen here [1]) indicates that the first inter-island flight in Hawaii was flown in a Curtiss R-6 in 1918. How can this be, if the plane wasn't developed until 1921? LordAmeth (talk) 05:22, 17 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
